Query information logged

Query Info logging logs two categories of information:

Query plan
Query statistics

Since the information in these two categories is not necessarily written contiguously to the log file, a unique identifier links the two. This Query ID, which is a hexadecimal string, has no significance beyond matching a query's plan to its statistics.
